Saving Lives One Adoption at a Time

Vada's Angels is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming animals, with a strong emphasis on finding them loving homes. Our efforts involve actively retrieving animals from pounds and shelters, alongside community initiatives to educate people about animal welfare. We firmly stand by the belief that every animal deserves a chance at a happy life and are dedicated to facilitating this through our adoption programs. For more information, please read our FAQs about adopting.

Understanding Our Adoption Process

Individual Animal Profiles

We encourage prospective adopters to carefully read each animal's profile rather than applying based solely on appearance. Our animals have specific requirements based on their behavior and needs, assessed by our trainers, team, and fosterers. The information provided is tailored to the well-being of each animal, aiming to ensure successful matches.

Application Process

To streamline the adoption procedure, all applications must be completed using our online form. The application process is designed to gather essential details about potential adopters and their households to match them with animals that align with their lifestyles and preferences.

Matching Process

Once an application progresses, our team will reach out to discuss the animal further and arrange a meet-and-greet session. We prioritize pairing animals with homes that meet their unique needs, emphasizing responsible pet ownership. Vada’s Angels encourages treating adopted animals as family members, providing indoor living spaces and secure areas for their safety and well-being.

Veterinary Care

Each adopted animal undergoes comprehensive veterinary care, including vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, registration, and desexing. Adoption fees contribute to covering these essential expenses, ensuring the well-being of the animals in our care.
